Ignacio and the Zenith crew was very professional. I am associated with an HOA and we contracted Zenith to
replace 47 old, Plato you Skylights with double pane, insulated Skylights. Zenith followed up every day for
weeks to see if there was any issues . If there were, he investigated and fixed any issue to the customers
satisfaction. Our HOA has been using Zenith for over two years for roof vent repair and replacement, rain water
leaks around unit bay windows. None of this work a couple of days and come days later, they stay until the
job is done. They truly have earned the respect of every unit owner and wish they could do more. I assure you
there is not a contractor that will do more to make sure you are completely satisfied with your project than
Zenith.

they discovered several hidden problems of which they showed us and then repaired you never added on to our
bill except for supplies. Your crew leader was excellent at communicating as the job progressed and took pictures
of every step to document the job. Also they worked quickly and got the job done in one day and did a awesome
